Sanjeevani Booti collects Lesson Plans
It is not obvious what a person is supposed to do with a stack of factsheets, pamphlets, and books. Even a good understanding of public health does not make a good public educator.
There is a real need for step-by-step instructions for hosting lectures or short-term classes related to sex practices and disease prevention. What good materials Sanjeevani Booti has are here.

Know HIV Prevention Education, produced by Department of Health, Washington, America
This is a fair beginner text, but it is still not introductory. It is about 100 pages, easy for an English speaker to read, scientific in places but rarely difficult to understand, and broken into short sections to keep it from being boring. The topics covered could at least be adapted as an outline for starting an education program for social workers.
